As each one of us has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace. 1 Peter 4:10
Whole life Stewardship is a way of life that embraces the value of seeing everything as a gift from God. Our response as a disciple of Christ requires us to receive God’s gifts gratefully, cultivate them responsibly, share them lovingly in justice with others and return them with increase to the Lord.
The disciple is motivated by faith and a deep sense of gratitude, flowing from each person’s faith, to a greater sharing of their time, talent and treasure with the Church and other worthy causes. Time, talent and treasure are all shared as a gift, in a purposeful, proportionate, thankful and sacrificial manner.
