Small change in our pockets makes a big difference in the lives of Sts. Simon and Jude school children, their families and older adults. The Change for Haiti cans campaign began in January of 2009 and helps to support our “Gifts of Life” projects. Your “spare change” in these cans is important for our Haiti outreach. Thank you! How you continue to make a difference?
Gesu parishioners have been very generous to our sisters and brothers at Sts. Simon and Jude in Mon Opital. The school lunch program that feeds 400 children daily at Sts. Simon and Jude School is one beneficiary of the change from the cans. Other “Gifts of Life” include food for the elderly, water in the dry season and the nurse’s salary. Thank you!
